Outcast Practice 

Puget Sound Outcast Derby train twice a week: Wednesdays at Southgate Roller Rink and Sundays at the SDB Warehouse.  These practices are a mix of teamwork, strategy, and advanced skating skills with opportunities for developing skaters to learn additional skills.  

First-time visitors to Outcast practices will need to sign an insurance waver and a visitor's Code of Conduct; practices are subject to a $10 drop-in fee after the first complimentary practice. Skaters interested in transferring to or joining the league as a full member can contact the league secretary.
